【Product Features】 

This product is a transparent toughening agent for PLA, exhibiting excellent compatibility with PLA. It appears as white granules. Its characteristics include: PLA products retain transparency after addition, while improving brittleness and increasing elongation at break; the presence of a small number of active functional groups allows it to react with PLA end groups, promoting compounds compatibility in PLA compounds. Adding this toughening agent during production and processing can stabilize the process and ultimately improve product performance.

【Applications】 

Toughening Agent CM5112M is specialized for transparent PLA products, and also for toughening injection molded parts, extruded parts, sheet and film products of PLA/PBAT, PLA/inorganic filler, and other PLA series compounds.

【Processing Method】 

Drying Conditions: Generally, drying is not required. For prolonged open storage, humid environments, or during the rainy season, it is recommended to dry PLA Toughening Agent CM5112M at 70℃ for 3-5 hours before use.

Processing temperature range: 175-210℃; Dosage: 5-10%. Please adjust the dosage according to your actual usage.

【Packaging】 

Packaged in aluminum-plastic composite bags, 25kg/bag.

【Environmental Safety and Storage】 

Treat Toughening Agent CM5112M as non-hazardous material. Store in dry conditions and avoid high temperatures and rain.

Improper storage conditions may lead to material degradation and deterioration of product performance.
