Nucleating agent NA3022M is a nucleating agent specifically for polylactic acid (PLA). It is a white powder and can be used in food contact materials. Nucleating agent NA3022M has a significant promoting effect on PLA crystallization: it can significantly improve the PLA crystallization rate, heat distortion temperature, tensile and flexural strength, elastic modulus, and heat resistance. Adding a small amount of Nucleating agent NA3022M, under suitable process conditions, can significantly shorten the product molding cycle and increase the demolding yield, thereby improving production efficiency.

【Processing Method】 

Drying Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. Generally, drying is not required. For long-term storage in humid environments, it is recommended to dry at 100℃ for 5-6 hours before use.

Processing temperature range: 110-300℃; recommended addition amount: 0.3-1.0 phr. Specific processing and preparation methods should be adjusted by the customer according to their actual situation.

Packed in cardboard boxes with waterproof liners, 25kg/bag.

Environmental Safety and Storage: Treat as non-hazardous material. Store in a dry, cool place, avoiding high temperatures and rain.
