CE1105P is reactive Chain extender / compatibilizer, white powder. It has reactive functional groups, high activity, and can significantly increase polymer viscosity, reduce the melt index of materials; increase the compatibility of compounds, and improve the mechanical properties of products.

【Applications】 

Chain extender / compatibilizer CE1105P is suitable for chain extension (tackification) of biodegradable plastics such as PLA, PBAT, PBSA, PCL, and PGA, and can also be used as a compatibilizer for the above-mentioned related compounds (PLA/PBAT, PLA/PBSA, etc.).

【Processing Method】 

Drying Conditions: Generally, drying is not required. However, for prolonged storage, in humid environments, or during the rainy season, it is recommended to dry at 70℃ for 3-5 hours before use.

Processing Temperature Range: 170-300℃; Dosage: 0.3-2%. Please adjust the dosage according to the actual site conditions.

【Packaging】 

Packed in paper-plastic composite bags, 25kg/bag.
